This Privacy Policy explains how the Delta Sky Club SFO Ops Display handles information. The display is an unofficial courtesy tool created for operational visibility. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Delta Air Lines, Compass Group, Eurest, Waitwhile, Density, FlightStats, or Venmo.
Information this display shows
The display may show operational information from third-party services, including:
- shower waitlist and serving status from Waitwhile, if available;
- capacity display information from Density, if available;
- public Delta flight departure information from FlightStats, including flight number, destination, scheduled departure time, boarding estimate, gate if available, and flight status if available;
- a Venmo link for optional tips to Charles.
Personal information collected by this display
This display does not intentionally collect, sell, or store personal information from visitors. It does not include its own account login, contact form, payment form, analytics tracker, advertising tracker, or mailing list.
If a third-party service embedded in the display processes information, that processing is controlled by that third-party service and its own privacy policy.
Third-party services
This display may load or link to third-party services. Those services may receive technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, page request, cookies, or similar data when their content is loaded or when their links are opened.
- Waitwhile: used for waitlist and serving display links or embeds.
- Density: used for capacity display links or embeds.
- FlightStats: used for public flight schedule and status information.
- Venmo: used for optional tips. Opening the Venmo link may take you to Venmo’s website or app, where Venmo’s own privacy and payment terms apply.

Payments and tips
Tips are optional. The Venmo link is provided as a convenience and sends users to Venmo. This display does not process card numbers, bank details, Venmo credentials, or payment information.
